THE TEAM
Barkas Properties was founded in 2004 and has designed, constructed and built numerous residential projects of Greek and international clients in the area of Preveza, Parga and surroundings.
Inspiration is the greek sun and the endless blue sea combined in harmony with the peculiar green landscape of the region of his home city Preveza.
The office has attracted and retained clients of many different countries of origin, by gaining their trust and fulfilling their dreams and visions.
In 2017 we made a new dynamic entry in the property market, adding the services of real estate and property development in our office’s activities.
The new office is placed in the heart of the traditional center of Preveza, renovated recently by us.

An experienced Residential Designer, Constructor & Real Estate Consultant, guided by style and aesthetics, qualities embraced all these years and turned into fundaments of his work in the field of residential design and construction.
He was born in Kozani Greece, studied Civil Engineering at the Democritus University of Thrace and speaks English fluently and German very good.
At 2017 also worked for some time for one of the best architectural offices in Frankfurt.
