Anthousa Villas

The two villas have different typology and they adapt to advantages of orientation, where the big openings are facing the North, the amazing view to Parga’s castle and the sunset. Each villa includes three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a WC and storage space. One of the villas includes one more WC with external entrance. The open plan design of the living areas, kitchen, dining and sitting area, in combination with the big openings in front of them offer a sense of continuity from the inside to the outside of the villas, leading you to the swimming pool area. Each villa has a pergola-covered outdoor relaxation area as well as an outdoor kitchen and includes an outdoor sitting area on a lower level than the house which creates a different sense of privacy.
